Saturday, February 8th, 2025 will be our 33rd year to offer a mid-winter Petrolania Swap Meet in Missouri.  Join us in Lebanon, Mo. at the Cowan Civic Center, 500 E. Elm St. (Historic Route 66)

Mike & Nancy Russell, show promoters, are anxious to make your experience at It's A Gas Swap Meet 2025, fun and profitable.

Doors open to the GENERAL PUBLIC for the main event, SATURDAY, February 8th, 2025 at 8:00 am until approximately noon. Entry is $5 at the door.

Please NOTE* In years past, our vendor's start packing up at noon on Saturday so be sure to arrive early.   

VENDOR REGISTRATION begins in mid-November for the 2025 event.

Set-up for VENDORS & EARLY BIRD BUYING ($40 wristband required*) is on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7th, 2025 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

*No exceptions on Early Bird wristbands. If you are in the swap area, you must have a wristband!

*Note Mail your check in advance and we’ll mail your wristband to you.
